Upgrading my GPU and question about getting Bottlenecked

#1AurolisPosted 8/14/2013 4:46:36 PM
Hey, I have a fairly old processor; AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.80GHz...I was wondering which card should I upgrade to that won't get bottlenecked by this fact? Not looking for the best of course, but the best that it can handle. Thanks in advance!

Don't worry about that. Just get the best graphics card you can for your budget. When you upgrade your CPU/mobo, you'll have to upgrade your GPU again if you just get one that your CPU wont bottleneck.

I say get a GTX 650 Ti Boost or a Radeon 7850. It'll be a nice upgrade and it won't cost a fortune.
