I'd get a nicer motherboard, but I take it you don't need a video card?

I agree with Snuckie. I would get an ASUS motherboard, if you have the money go for the Sabertooth.

That is correct. I am fine with the video card solution I have available.

Same for storage unit.

What mobo would you recommend, and why?

Do you have a video card you want to reuse? If not, 0/10 for gaming.

The sabertooth isn't even that great a board. It sacrifices slots and features for their milspec design.

I would probably get this power supply instead:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182068&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

It is technically rated 70W lower than the one you picked out, but it is higher quality.

Edit: Also, I'd probably invest in a CPU cooler. The Intel stock ones are junk. Not only that, you are getting an unlocked processor, so if you ever decide to overclock it would also come in handy for that.

wot? Higher quality than Seasonic? nope.jpg
While both are fine units, I'd pick the SeaSonic any day.

TC, I'd pick up a Gigabyte UD3H. Never heard a bad thing about it.

Looking at only the brand name rather than the actual unit. This is why so many people get stuck with those terrible WD Blue hard drives these days. =/

Caviar Blues? Those drives are great though.
