I really don't know if this is overboard or too little...

Do you need an i7 processor? If you're only going to be gaming go for an i5 and spend the extra money on a better motherboard or video card. You'll also want to get DDR3 - 1600 RAM instead of 1333. It's a little faster and it doesn't really cost much more. If you're only gaming don't bother getting 16 GB now since you won't use it.

I'm also going to start making videos, so I think I'll be needing the i7 and the 16 gigs

B75??? NOOOooo.... just get a Z87 MB at the very least and i7-Haswell. It will cost a you a little more. 1333Mhz 16GB? Get 1600Mhz man, hell for that price get 1866Mhz goodness. Change the PSU. You'll be fine with Bronze or Silver. Get the GTX 660 Ti 3GB as well NOT the 660 2GB. You can keep the Antec KUHLER Flow CPU Cooler of you want or get the CM EVO. I'll make some changes to your hardware...tell me what you think:

Intel Core i7-4770K
Antec KUHLER Flow CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H ATX
G.Skill Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866
Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Asus GTX 660 Ti 3GB Overclocked [Free Splinter Cell Blacklist w/ purchase, limited offer ]
XFX 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified

Plus all of your other stuff.

Total: $1756.38

Only $39.40 more than your build I can make the price smaller if I cut corners, but I think you'll come out better with this. You can change anything you want.

"Making videos" is very vague, so at this point I'm going to say you won't be "needing" an i7 and 16 GB of RAM.

Don't get a 3GB 660Ti; that's an awful buy.

I'd dump the flashy fans too.

Thanks, guy. Here's my revised list

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1suJD

I changed the GTX 660 to a 760, and I got rid of the fans, because I realized 7 fans was a bit overkill

Depends on how much storage space you need I suppose, but I'd rather see 1 SSD and 1 HDD (even if it's a smaller size than you have selected.) SSD is such a huge speed boost that you'll wonder how you ever got along without it.

No idea how an SSD would help. I read an article about it, and I still don't understand what it does exactly
