you are getting a 3770K, and a B75 motherboard? you can't overclock in the B75 since intel's latest patch. get the non K version or another motherboard.

Personally I would change the i7 for a i5, and get a better video card, a 760 would be a lot better.

Thanks, guy. Here's my revised list

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1suJD

I changed the GTX 660 to a 760, and I got rid of the fans, because I realized 7 fans was a bit overkill

Looks much better. You can't go wrong with the 760. Looking at several reviews the 660 Ti is on the 760 heels, but the 760 has it's benefits more ROPS, more Memory Bus Width etc and is slightly faster...less shader units though. It's the latest and greatest-7xx

Glad you went with my build instead of that awful Ram and B75. You could've kept the fans since it's your build. Some people like those flashy cases and fans. There is nothing wrong with that. It's up to you since it's your money.

Well, I had the fans in the first place because the case I picked had support for 7 fans and already came with 3. I took them off, and I saved like $60 and 100 watts

I like your revision a lot. I have to ask though, why two small monitors? I use two monitors at work, but that is because I have a lot of documents and crap open. Are you doing this for gaming? Either one, large, high quality monitor, or three small monitors. 2 isn't that great. Personally I would go with one large 1440p, you can get a 27" for less than $300.

This is my first real computer, and I don't really want to go TOO overboard. Besides, 2 23.6" is a lot better than 1 15"

Yeah I would say so. I just don't really see the point in 2 monitors, other than business work. A 27 is cheaper and better.

Dual monitors are fine. I've used dual monitors for years now and I can tell that I'm never going back to a single monitor with my PC builds. I might get three, but two seems to be enough at the moment.

Depends on how much storage space you need I suppose, but I'd rather see 1 SSD and 1 HDD (even if it's a smaller size than you have selected.) SSD is such a huge speed boost that you'll wonder how you ever got along without it.

No idea how an SSD would help. I read an article about it, and I still don't understand what it does exactly

It all but eliminates loading times. Windows launches in 10 seconds. Apps launch instantly. Loading screens in games? You might see them for 1 second with an SSD. Once you use a PC that has one as its boot drive, you'll never want to go back.

QFT. All you need to know about a solid state drive is that it makes booting take literally seconds. And a small number of seconds too. Seriously, buy a 1TB HDD and get a 128 or 256 gig SSD. Put your OS on the SSD and whatever games you play the most and want to load the fastest. The difference is like night and day.
