Does this board get this crazy during every Humble Bundle?

ah but their track record for gamers definitely means something to me - like I will never touch an EA game again. What we see here is marketing working as intended for a subset of consumers. It's so easy!

They should have a microtransaction Humble Bundle.

Then, they should do a F2P Humble Bundle.

That's what this is. They're giving you all of the razors you need for super cheap and donating the proceeds to charity. Now you have to buy all of the blades for your razor directly from them at no discount.

Never forget.

If anything, EA hosting this bundle might mean that the award actually had an effect on them, and their PR department actually realized that they need to step it up.

I can't be that naive personally. EA impresses me how low they can go everytime. Just because they pull something like this up doesn't suddenly mean they're changing. They're just trying to pull some face so that a few millions of pawns who were slightly mad about the latest thing think they're all nice now and will go buy their future products.

They will keep impressing me by going to new lows after this, I know it.

not knocking you, but I find people who boycott games/publishers/developers a bit silly, like with this HB you get a lot of great games for a very cheap price. while you are right that it is intended for certain consumers.... why not? it is a smart move by them IMO.

Then, they can do a Battlepacks for BF4 Humble Bundle where you get 8 new weapon skins if you meet the average.

Something they should have never gotten to be quite honest.

EA has done several things in the past 6 months or so that has showed a change of policy on their end. It obviously doesn't erase their past of taking over good dev studios and demanding fast over-budgeted sequels/games that didn't really adhere to what the devs had previously done. However there have been several steps in the right direction from EA's part... you can keep hating if you want but of late I've been rather impressed with EA.
