Got an Alienware laptop as a prize. This is the laptop

What settings would I probably be able to put Assassins Creed 4, Saints Row 4, CoD:Ghosts, TitanFall, & WatchDogs on?Also will this last a decent bit as a gaming PC?

The GTX 650M is very capable at the screen's resolution of 1366x768, but you're asking about games that aren't even out yet, so... in any case, they will play smoothly at some level of detail or another.

Probably nearly maxed at the screen's native resolution.

ADD, no. Where is the thread for Fallout OCD players?

#1 you are a lucky B******

#2 like shub said, you are asking for games that are not out yet but will run at a decent frame rate anyway (your laptop is awesome) and as with most games there always a step up.

so if you can run there latest ones, then the newest ones (when they are out) should be playable at acceptable FPS.

Figured I'd give it a long shot & ask, even though they aren't lol

Also, is my GFX card a GT or GTX?Because on the specs on the side of the box it states GT...Also what's the difference between a GT & GTX?

Sorry, it is a GT 650M. I was thinking of the GTX 650, which is a desktop video card. My earlier post remains true, however.

So is the GeForce GT 650M equivalent to the Desktops GTX 650?

No. The desktop counterpart is always better. True for CPU as well.

That doesn't mean your laptop sucks. It's pretty decent, especially for a free laptop.

for a free laptop that's fantastic and you'll get good performance, though i5-3210/650m are both from early last year

The 650m is still a capable gpu from what I've seen. Like someon else here said, it does best at a 720p resolution. For being a free laptop you have really nothing to complain about at all. Just enjoy!
