Any competent and professional computer specialist store will likely build you a computer if you buy everything and pay a labor fee.

Well... he's kinda dumb. The parts should be under warranty, and it's not hard to say "The pins were bent when I got it" and RMA it.

Also, some of the best parts right now: i7 3970 x and gtx 780. Those are what I would put in if I had the cash to drop on it. A more reasonably priced solution would be i7 4770k or i5 4670 k and GTX 780 or AMD HD Radeon 7950 or 7970

You're on gamefaqs, it's virtually impossible for some.

Newegg refuses any RMA'd motherboard with the socket pins bent. They ship it back to you at your cost, so it would cost even more to send it back. They don't care if you say it came that way, that specific issue is not covered under any circumstances. If you don't believe me, start reading the 1-star reviews for any mobo chosen at random and you'll see other people complaining about the same thing.

Not to mention, that's very dishonest, and I'd never do that.

RMA it to newegg? Really? RMA it to the manufacturer. 5 bucks says they'll take it back even if you tell them you accidentally bent them

LOL that is exactly what I watch. Watch all 3 parts a couple times before buying all the parts. its not a bad idea to have that video or any running while you put yours together. Just pause and rewind and follow their steps exactly.

and if you are trying to get 2 pcs for gaming. just buy the parts for one and try to build it yourself and see how that goes. I was scared off at first but EVERYTHING is label on the motherboard and power supply cables. There is really no way to screw up unless you are extremely clumsy.
