Find a different healthy hobby, you don't necessarily have to cut out the PC/internet. I had a similar issue but with gaming. Added piano, and swimming to my hobbies. I still play games and browse the internet but not nearly as much. I also got a job, but I know you said that wasn't an option for you. --- Bludgeo'd for hammer...

Or take up weight lifting. It will up your confidence and probably lead to some other things ( women)

Just throwing a random idea out there (not sure if it will work), but why don't you take a trip after you graduate from college (or whenever possible) for at least a couple of days.
