Find a different healthy hobby, you don't necessarily have to cut out the PC/internet. I had a similar issue but with gaming. Added piano, and swimming to my hobbies. I still play games and browse the internet but not nearly as much. I also got a job, but I know you said that wasn't an option for you.

You are in college man go out and party.

Or take up weight lifting. It will up your confidence and probably lead to some other things ( women)

Just throwing a random idea out there (not sure if it will work), but why don't you take a trip after you graduate from college (or whenever possible) for at least a couple of days.
