You could save $30-40 on your PSU and still get plenty of juice, corsair usually has a 500w one for $50, or even less sometimes. Nothing wrong with grabbing a seasonic if that's what you want though.

Unless you're planning on adding a second stick later I'd get 2 4gb sticks so you can use dual channel for improved ram performance, however minimal that improvement might be.

If you're going to pick up another 7970 and go crossfire in the future stick with the power supply you have but if not follow PhilOnDez's advice if you want to shave off some dollars.

Having two sticks of RAM isn't going to make that much of a difference. If you're going to game on that machine for at least 5 years then I would say stick with what you have picked out and then in 2 years or so add another 7970 and then another 8GB stick of RAM, because they'll be considerably cheaper by then.
