Recommend me a sick, full of action. Immersive, pretty, under rated game

I didn't realize there were people who disliked Dark Souls. I'm surprised anyone would call that game cheap, it's pretty much as fair as difficult games go. Cheap games are games like Ninja Gaiden, which I love to death but it doesn't get much cheaper than the NG series.

Doom 3? Not under rated but obscure.

Demon/Dark Souls

I'm good. lol

Getting a rusty dull knife and getting to fight a boss within the first 1min of the game was more than enough cheapness for me to deal with. That game works off exploitation to beat bosses, which I don't find what makes a game hard and difficult. It makes it annoying, stupid and cheap. The fact that you can't really beat bosses in the game by normal means is just silly.

Wow you're garbage.

Not really. Playing and wasting my time on a garbage cheap game. Doesn't make me garbage.

But calling Dark Souls a garbage, cheap game makes you garbage.

Both of the souls games are garbage, period. That fact that he sucks at the game doesn't make the game better. It makes the both awful.

Horribly overrated crap.

Kingdoms of Amalur sold well, but was promptly forgotten. But I thought it was pretty good; definitely better than Skyrim. Otherwise, I dunno; this gen hasn't really impressed me much. And TC? Alot of people avoided the Witcher 2 because the 1st one sucked to play. One of the worst combat systems I've seen in a modern game. It wasn't just "lack of hanholding" or, as other posters have pointed out, no one would have played Dark Souls and it's utter lack of direction.

Multiplayer:
Blade Symphony
Primal Carnage (if you're a Jurassic Park nut)

Singleplayer:
Lugaru or Overgrowth (doesn't hold your hand, plenty of action but no story)
Sleeping Dogs (fighting system is good)
Just Cause 2
Far Cry 3( very immersive)
Mirror's Edge

You don't need cheap tactics to beat bosses in Dark Souls. Oddly enough skill goes a long way in that game.

If you gave up on it after the first attempt, you don't deserve to play it anyway.
