Best bang for buck GPU

Where do you see the 7950 for $200? Lowest I can find is $240, but maybe that's just me. If the 7950 can be found for 200, take it. Otherwise, the 760 is a better GPU for the price.

If you have Microcenter near you and open box Gigabyte or Msi TF for around $190 no rebate + you should get the free games still.

Alright, sounds like the 7950 will be the way to go. Hopefully they'll be even cheaper when I go to buy it.
