I kinda upgraded my parents PC (not by much). What video card can I add?

Ok so the only changes I made to it was change the CPU from the 170u to the Phenom X3 8400.

I also added a 2 gb stick of RAM, bringing it to its maximum capacity of 4GB.

What kind of GPU should I add to this thing? Should I even bother? What if I only care to play like league of legends on it or something?

I think the PSU on there is a huge limitation.

Why replace their computer's parts rather than keep them for yourself and build your own machine?
stant447 - So suicide is illegal. But smoking is not? I'm allowed to passively kill myself, but not actively?
Transmutant - Just as long as you die I'm happy.

Well I already have something a whole lot better. I just wanted to upgrade it a little for my little brother.

It was absolute garbage until I changed the CPU and added some RAM, but it needs a graphics card, so idk what my options are.

It easily works with a 300w PSU, but I'm not sure about 250w.

I was able to get Starcraft 2 to run at 1080p with high/ultra settings at 30-40 fps with a few drops to 25fps, so yes you can probably play League of Legends but with lower settings so you can keep a steady 60fps.

Oh ok, from reading your original post, I thought it was you that was gaming on the machine.
