I'm seeing my colors "flicker" on the monitor. Is this normal?

There's like a really faint flicker on my monitor. It usually is best visible when dark colors are on screen. It looks like several bars stretching from the left to right edge flickering softly, but not enough to hinder vision. I can also kinda-sorta see it when I'm out of games, too.

I have a GeForce GTX 660 Ti (2GB), a 1920x1080 monitor, and I'm running Windows 8.

Is your video card overclocked at all?

Of course its normal. That's why everyone talks about how their monitors do it too.

Nope. It's a standard stock NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti. It's noisy as s*** when I play games, too.

What's your CPU? If it has integrated graphics, restart your computer without the video card and see if it still does it.

Try different drivers, also.

I've been using the most recent NVIDIA drivers. This also happens on my Linux partition, too.

That processor has Intel HD 2000 integrated graphics, so try running it without the video card.
