I bought a new card last week and for whatever reason It just wont install properly and I cant for the life of me figure out what is going on. I thought i would just take it to someone who knows what they are doing and see if they can figure out what the problem is.

has anybody had anything done by these guys? is it just a money grab or are these guys pretty legit?

Can you not physically install it? Or is it a driver related issue?

They were on the news the other day for uploading nude pics they found on someone's computer.

My brother's HDD died in his laptop, they replaced the HDD but couldn't figure out how to do a clean install despite me providing them an install disc. He had to make the hour (2 hours there and back) trip 3 times only for me to have to fix their mess. Absolutely not worth the trouble.

They're basically over-payed to do what CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and common sense can do for free.

I get it installed and my drivers are up to date but its like my system doesn't recognize that its there. it is a 7990 and my specs are

Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz

ASUS P8H67-M PRO

Corsair tx750

I have sapphire trixx and when I have the 7990 in its like it cant read it.
for example it doesnt have a tempurature at all. it says my gpu and memory clocks are both at 0
and it says it has 0 MB of GDDR5 memory

but when I have my 6870 in it has all those things right as they should be so its like its not installing all the way or something??? i dunno

Is your monitor plugged in to the 7990 and it works? It sounds like driver problems. Download Catalyst 13.8 Beta.
