This is a common issue (apparently) and it has something to do with the way Origin downloads data... apparently it sends the data in chunks of whatever size, and when a chunk is determined to be bad (bad checksum?) it discards the data and starts over.
That post seems to detail the same problem (though for all I know that's you...)
Other posts complaining about this issue have suggested making sure you're running as administrator, and changing your DNS... apparently changing your DNS is Origin's way of changing which server you download from (at least steam lets you change that yourself).
Other than stopping origin before it can reset and starting again, I don't know what to tell you, though there's a guy who made a batch file just to do that... basically it stops and restarts origin every 10 minutes so that it forces it to save your progress without rolling it back... or something. --- http://badges.mypersonality.info/badge/0/19/193056.png http://www.speedtest.net/result/2309944238.png
