how to find out what graphics card you have?

My PC is about 3 years old, and I am getting the info on it to someone who is interested in buying, but I can't remember what graphics card I put in it. The manual and Driver CD do not say. They just say "ATI Radeon Sapphire installation driver CD" and "Sapphire manual"

Is there some screen that would show what it is? Kind of like if you hit the windows and pause/break key to see what CPU and RAM you have

Type dxdiag in run and look for the display tab. Or go to canyourunit.com and pick a random game, and your PC specs will be shown.

Good old System Information. Shows all of your specs if you want to be really sure you're telling this guy the right info.

GPU-Z only tells you that it's a 4800 series card? What release date does it display?

EDIT Also, what does it say next to Memory Type?
