I'll be getting it in whichever form has the best deals when I pick it up. The preference is digital but that's only if the prices are equal or better.

buying retail origin is the best because you have both the disc and the digital install..if you ever uninstall the game you can simply install from disc rather than download 15+gb

No, because Battlefield is effectively a yearly rehash just like CoD, except it releases a $60 expansion pack each other year instead.
