Which drivers do I need to install for new CPU/mobo install?

I'm going to be installing a i5-4670k and MSI Z87-G41 mobo.

I'm looking at the driver's page for the motherboard, and I was wondering which drivers are mandatory installs? I am thinking the audio, ethernet, chipset, and USB 3.0 drivers (perhaps the VGA drivers, but I'm going to be using a dedicated GPU).

Also if I'm using the Sysprep method, I won't have to worry about reinstalling other drivers (i.e. my GPU drivers)?

Ethernet and audio drivers should be installed automatically by Windows. If not then just install the Ethernet and let Windows Update take care of the rest. You might still end up needing to install the chipset driver for some of stuff to be detected though.
