Let's see, the build I posted has: an i7, a better CPU cooler, and an SSD.
The only thing better about the 770 4GB, is that it has more VRAM, which is debatable how useful that is.
Otherwise, the 7970 are 770 are about equal OC to OC.
Why would I need an SSD when the HDD can run everything?

There's a 120GB SSD and a 1TB HDD.
It's better than the previous build in nearly every way, so I don't know why you wouldn't want better parts.
How is it better? My friend says the other one has a better video card.
