A good gaming PC with a 4890? The GTX 770 is thrash (the card I'm using), so how can that be a good gaming PC?!

What is thrash about it? Like, does it listen to metal music and bob up and down? Does it thrash like a school girl throwing a temper tantrum? What kind of thrashing are we talking about here?

I think he's referring to the thrashing it gets from cheaper AMD cards :)

Bam. Seriously though you must have a god card because mine starts "artifacting" @ 1250 and above. 1335 is insane. I always leave it at 1150 even though I'm stable past it because I'd like to last a little while longer. I suppose I could crank it for a benchmark but then if feels dishonest. =/

Ah yeah I really have to crank the fans and the AC to stabilize anything above 1300. I'm planning to eventually mod my H70 onto my 7950 so I can run 1300MHz 24/7 :D

Buy now, and go big. They might be pretty awesome, but there is no guarantee they're coming out Q1 or Q2. Looking at your current machine, I'd be itching for that upgrade now.
