If I try to log in on my phone using the same password, it works. Does anyone know what's going on?

Type the PW in Notepad, then copy-paste it on the laptop.

Do you use any weird characters or quotation marks that might be different characters on your laptop as opposed to your phone? For example, there's a difference between left quote, right quote, and normal quotation marks.

Language, maybe? For example, IIRC, US English and UK English use different symbols. As in, the dollar sign is replaced by a pound sign etc.
