I don't know how they have their corporate charter set up but usually the board of directors chooses who takes up that position in the company.

Well Bill is the chairmen, he doesn't get the only vote but he does direct them to an extent.


So who will replace him I wonder... and will they have a bit more vision instead of just trying to piss of their existing customers.

2 Billion dollars of Microsoft shares is a whole lot of influence.

He's black mailing his way onto the board threatening to go public if they don't as well. He obviously has a lot of money to throw around to ruin Microsoft to. Quite interesting
