I think Origin just casually told me my account was hacked.

#1blablablax17Posted 8/23/2013 5:09:56 PM
I was playing a game and I got logged out of Origin and it said that if i sign in, the other location that was signed in would be logged out.
Wtf? Why so casual about it?
Ive had Origin for a good year and a half and i didnt get any emails about being hacked or someone trying to log in using my account!

Has anyone had this happen to them?

EA never cared about you. They only cared about your money.

Tell them someone hacked your account to drain your wallet so you can't buy things from EA anymore.

That should get you some quick service.

Don't work I'm sure the other guy will log out when he realizes it was an Origin account

Most of the time when this happens it's not because of hacking. There are many times when people log into Origin on another computer while they are already logged in somewhere else.

I highly doubt that considering most people don't log into it once

Steam says the exact same thing <.< It just says you're already logged in and asks you to put your password in. I ran into it a few times when I used to keep steam on my laptop for registering humble keys.

You want a service that tells you you're being hacked? Google popped up a bar telling me they blocked a login attempt from China about 20 seconds after it happened.

Once we perfect building Mechs, I expect there to be a factory in Mexico pumping out a brand call Mechsican. I wanna buy me a Mechsican.

Pretty sure Steam has an email/passcode/verification thing for when you log into another PC.

if you have a hiccup in your connection, no matter how small, it triggers origin to login again despite being already logged in. Happened to me a lot, not so much anymore, but it still does occasionally.
