DIshonored is less than 6 gigs if I remember correctly.

Dark Souls is only like 3-4 gigs (i have disc retail, so not exactly sure of size, but it's smaller than 6)

Minecraft, the original Doom series with the "Brutal Doom" mod, Just Cause 2, Mark of the Ninja, Sanctum 2, Civilization 5, System Shock 2, Sir you are being hunted (although it's an early release)
Those are just some games that are pretty cool and most are really cheap.
