Anyone know about my cooler? It seems a little high, considering the Phanteks cooler is supposed to be one of the best air cooler on the market.

The comparisons that people are making here are pretty pointless. You simply cannot directly compare absolute temperatures with different processors running at different frequencies at different voltages with different case airflow in different ambient temperatures.

This... but I'm still calling BS on the 2500k/4.5Ghz maxing at 39c under load. Should be around 60c in the vast majority of typical setups.

Could be a bad mount, or just really high ambients. My point is that you simply don't know without more information.
