Nope.

You'll definitely want to replace the graphics card. That case can fit a 7870 and anything smaller. Not sure if you can go bigger; you'll need to do more research to find that out.

Because you'll want to replace the graphics card, you'll probably want to replace the power supply, too. A lot of manufacturers throw in the cheapest, lowest-wattage power supply that they can. They get something that's just enough to keep the completely unmodified PC running smoothly.

And because that case is kind of cramped, has the power supply mounted on top, and is pretty much designed specifically for that setup, it's probably not the best to work with. You might want to replace that, too. Doing this would also allow you to use a wider variety of graphics cards, power supplies, and other parts in the future, too. However, you'd have to move everything from the old case to the new case, which might be a pain.

No, and it won't run them well either.

That actually looks like a pretty good deal, and dell makes some great PSUs, but I'm not sure how much juice the one that's included will push and I wouldn't be surprised if it was only a 300w or something puny like that.

No OS or aftermarket cooler for OCing

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1xv74

Weaker, locked CPU, weaker GPU, but includes OS.
