Sapphire or MSI 7970 OC BE?

I'm thinking about grabbing either for $270, which isn't a bad deal (after rebate, of course). I was debating about getting a 760 or 770 instead, but physx isn't used in too many games and I couldn't justify the $100 price difference between 7970 and 770 for virtually the same performance.

I'm leaning towards sapphire as I've heard that MSI version has a louder coil whine and worse overclock ability. But MSI does have a better warranty (3 vs 2 years).

Which should I go for?

Get the longer warranty so when it breaks they might upgrade your card to next gen instead of same card. Yey!! Yippie!!

I'd lean towards the MSI being the better overclocker, but that would still mostly come down to the silicon. Sapphire does have the better cooler though.

I have the Sapphire model, and can vouch for the cooler. I didn't get a very good overclocking chip though.
