Wait 10-12 mo. and do a CPU/Mobo/GPU upgrade and you should be fine.

So for a game like batman arkham asylum I play on max (without AA) and I get 60fps. More modern games I have to fiddle about to get 60. Normally I play them on very high with a few of the more intensive settings set to medium and get 60 FPS.
