Are you gaming on more than one monitor? If not go for a single card. A 770 will max anything right now for less money, which you could use for an SSD. If you want you could SLI it later (if so might wanna get a higher wattage PSU).

2x7950>>>>>single 770

Plus it costs the same. The only problem is that the twin frozr deal is dead right now cause they are OOS.

Plus you get 4 games with each card. He can then sell that game bundle for like $50 or trade it for other games.

That motherboard is really pricey, drop it down to a D3H and get an SSD instead.

Also, as chrono mentioned, you won't get remotely close to 7950 CF for $400.

Newegg was running a $50 combo discount on the i5 4670k and the Gigabyte UD4H. If that's still running, I'd go that route.

Edit: Combo with UD5H is actually only $30 off.

Didn't realize those could be had for $200 each now. And the 770 obviously won't perform as well, but I thought it would be cheaper. The 7950's price is insane right now.

Or get a single 7970 and buy another one around Black Friday.

I just got one and it's performance is amazing. I've yet to test it on Crysis 3, But It's amazing with GTA IV, Skyrim & Sleeping Dogs @ 1080p

Oh, you thought they made this game for you? You clearly bought the wrong game.

Really? I thought a decent quality MoBo would run me at least $200. Hm... I'll look into the D3H then, thanks.

Any particular brand of SSD you would recommend?

Why is it that he can hit a 3rd baseman on a frozen rope from 300 feet away, but he can't hit a 12 foot tall catcher from 60 feet 6 inches away?
