If you're confident with moving down to medium or low, such a PC will probably be fine four years at least. It's generally the graphics card that ages most quickly. --- Super Mario Kart is the single best Mario Kart ever!

The only concern with that bundle is the $200 uATX (micro ATX) motherboard in a full tower case. uATX mobos are meant for tiny cases, a full tower can fit a better full ATX mobo for $200.
If you have ~$1500 to spend, I'd recommend something more like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1389899
And then get a second graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130938
And in ~5 years, get two new graphics cards and you should be set for another ~5 years. --- Sarcasm passes for serious here. Serious passes for sarcasm here.
