Hey, I just built my new gaming rig with the 7990 installed. With the raw game, ultra settings at 1680x1050 I get an average of 59.85 fps, minimum of 54 and max of 64 after a 3 minute benchmark.

I'm concerned because this shows a similar setting benchmark with the same card;

http://www.hardwareluxx.com/index.php/reviews/hardware/vgacards/21986-test-amd-radeon-hd-7990.html?start=12

A minimum of 106. My framerate is capped at 60 (although I don't know how I got 64) but I still saw a minimum of 54. Should I be seeing minimums this "low" when an uncapped benchmark gives a minimum that high? Should I not be seeing a constant FPS of 60?

Edit: I may add that I'm fairly new to PC gaming so I apologies if the answer is obvious.
I warn you Paul. If whoever that is hears something - or even if I hear something and think he may have heard - I will kill him, or them, then you, then myself.

Skyrim uses a lot of the CPU, don't just look at the graphics card.

SLI & crossfire doesn't seem to work well on that game.

My driver is fully updated to 13.4, I could swap to 13.8 beta but I've tried it already and I encountered issues. I have the i7-4770k and 8GB of RAM.

If that's true, how is their benchmark so good?
