Not bad for such a tight budget. If you get a CPU cooler you should be able to get a decent OC out of that cpu.

Made a few changes:

Dropped the RAM to 1600MHz since it won't matter, dropped the PSU to 500W since that's plenty, and upgraded the video card to a better model (better cooling) with more VRAM.

If that CPU is anything like mine, a 640, it should OC like a champ. Easily got mine to 3.4 with the stock fan and it still doesnt get that hot.
