Good headset for recording?

I need 2 headsets to record that people can hear me clearly with. I have about $40-$45 to spend for each of them, so about $80-$90 each.

Why not just go with a desktop mic? for recording

It's going to be for LP's and my friend and I need to be able to hear the tv while we are playing.

One desktop mic and two middling-quality headphones.

Headsets, especially cheap ones, aren't known for sounding very good.

Once we perfect building Mechs, I expect there to be a factory in Mexico pumping out a brand call Mechsican. I wanna buy me a Mechsican.

The only headset I recommend that isn't **** is litechat lx3000. They're about $30 each only.
