Best free MMO on Steam?

I was looking at Dragons Nest and Ragnorak 2. How are they? Any other free MMOs you guys would recommend? Not too interested in Star Trek

Rift is a pretty good. I'd say about 80% as good as WoW, so if you like that style of MMO, you'll probably like Rift. The F2P restrictions are also very minimal.

The statement below is true.
The statement above is false.

Didn't care for Ragnarok 2. Rift is pretty good.

I also recommend DC Universe Online if you like PvP at all. The PVE in DCUO is pretty meh, it's honestly just a means to an end.

If it's free why does it need to be on Steam . . .

Rusty Hearts was pretty much the only freebie on Steam I enjoyed.

Not really an MMO, but I enjoy Warframe the most out of all the F2Ps on there. Vindictus comes 2nd.

Planetside 2 and Warframe have lots of players and are considered good.

They're probably not the sorts of MMOs you're looking for, though. There are no good f2p MMOs (other than maybe Rift, which isn't on Steam), so give up.

Maybe Vindictus or The Lord of the Rings Online.

Oh, I don't want to walk that far. Anything that takes more than 12 steps isn't worth doing! Eh? 12? Get it? Steps! Hehehe.- Homer J. Simpson
