So everyone is talking about these QNIX monitors and Korean monitors in general (are there other brands that are just as good?) Since I am wanting a 27 inch moniotr for my build these sound appealing, but am I loosing any quality with them only having a DVI input instead of HDMI? Just seems to me that since DVI has been around since the 90's it should be the weaker signal
Also I heard that you need a beefy graphics card to run them at 1440P, will a GTX 760 do the trick?
some other random questions:
Is the Razer Taipan mouse decent?
is the PNY 16GB RAM (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3 12800 1600mhz, CAS 9 good RAM to go with? I can get it for $120
And lastly, would this be a good PSU to go with: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182071

hdmi is essentially just dvi with audio. If anything having only the DVI will allow higher refresh rate overclocks. Secondly the 760 card might be able to do it but you are not going to get great settings on games like crysis 3 with this monitor and card. --- | i7 3930k @ 4.5Ghz | H220 | asrock x79 extreme 9 | 16GB 1600mhz ram | SLI GTX 780 | Samsung 830 256GB SSD | 8TB HDDs | SeaSonic M12II 850 | Fractal design R4 |
