To anyone who has bought the ASUS PB278Q, are you able to tilt your monitor

side ways? I can only tilt it up or down but in order to move it left or right I have to physically move the whole stand in order to turn the monitor sideways. According to the manual, I am able to tilt it to the left or right, but when I looked at it, it looked locked in place.

Yeah, you can tilt it 90 degrees to the right (clockwise) but not the other direction.

Where did you get yours? I'm gonna be ordering mine in September over the korean monitors because I cannot handle risks lol. That being said, Have you tried playing anything on it? What GPU do you have and how does it hold up? Was your previous monitor a TN panel and do you notice the difference?

It doesn't swivel left and right to my knowledge. With mine the whole base also comes with it when you try and spin it.

I got mine on Amazon, thank goodness. The first one had a defect, so I got a quick and easy replacement that has been great. If I had to go through Newegg's RMA process with my monitor, I would have been staring at a wall for a week and a half.

I have a GTX 770, and I game at 1440p. Seems fine, aside from a few installation quirks (had to back my CPU overclock down because it got unstable with the new card for some reason.)

I don't know what a TN panel is. I had a 1200p Dell 24" before this one.

Thanks for your info! TN stands for twisted nematic. They are monitors with fast response time but with poorer colors and bad viewing angles compared to the PLS panel that your PB278Q is.

I plan on getting mine from Amazon as well. I'm excited. Your GTX 770 is right around the GPU horsepower I have. You do play with AA turned on or is it not needed like most people say?
