should be good enuff for mid-high setting on current games right? just making sure before I order

any other suggestions?

Get the B85M mobo if you are not planning to overclock, that will save you abit more.

Well, if you're not sure about overclocking, you're setting yourself up for failure by getting an i5-4570. Nothing wrong with that CPU, but you won't be overclocking it, regardless of your motherboard.

If you live near a microcenter you can get a 4670k for $200 and a z87 motherboard of your choosing and you'll get an extra $40 off the bundle.

Depending on the motherboard you choose it should easily come in under $300.
