My power supply isn't working!!!

I just bought it and its not working, the fan isn't spinning.

It's a Rosewill Stallion Series RD500-2SB

What, do you want us to return / RMA it for you?

If you've tested it and it really is dead then there is nothing we can do.

If you haven't tested it try the paper clip method.
Plug in the PSU, bridge the connection between the green wire and a black wire on the 24 pin connector with a paper clip and flip the power switch to on.
If the fan doesn't spin then the PSU is dead and you need to return or RMA it.

I was telling you guys I only had about $500-$550 to spend and were telling me that I need to spend about $700-$900. That's a lot of money. I built my own computer and paid $525 and it's a powerhouse.

Does it work or does the fan just not spin?

I think some psus control it's fan speeds based on its temps.

Or it could be faulty and you should send it back.
