Is this a decent cable management?

I guess it's decent in the sense where it's good if you weren't trying for cable management, but it's pretty bad if you were. There's a lot you could do to clean that up.

The problem is I can't get it to look like that, I was there for 2 hours trying to fix the cables, I feel like the back part of my case is too tight, and I took me a while to close it because of this. I will try again tomorrow, but its going to be annoying removing the zipties.

I think it looks good, and it can make the process easier. How hard is it to remove the sleeves?
