I didn't know we were expanding this topic beyond Star Trek. We would have to look at Farscape, Firefly and BSG too.

If Sheridan were on the list, I would put him right below Kirk but above Picard, Sisko and Janeway. Kirk still had to overcome greater odds and enemies than Sheridan.

Denny Crane > Picard > Kirk

On topic I hope we get simpler scalability for ports now that all 3 use essentially the same architecture. In my laymans mind that should make it easy to just turn everything up for the PC version. I know it's not that simple though.

They were, until NVIDIA and AMD decided they would be more profitable by rebranding chips and selling them again with a higher generation number.

Better ports and less console exclusives, maybe.

And of course, "porting" the whole console to PC when someone gets down to it and the necessary hardware comes out, still waiting for PS3.
