You mean your case, in which case it looks like 3, 2 of which are available. Which case do you have?

EDIT: Actually, those look like 5.25" bays. I think I see hard drive cages below, but the picture is too low res for me to tell.

Is that a good number to have? The more the merrier?

Like does it have more advantages that disadvantges, having 4 hard drives? I'm definitely gonna pick up a SSD in the next year.

I'd personally want more, but I have tons of various media, and I also produce music. .wav eats up file space something fierce.

FYI, just because you have however many hard drive bays in your case doesn't mean your motherboard has as many SATA connectors to support that many drives. It probably does, but that's not guaranteed.

It depends. Do you want 4 hard drives? do you want 72? or do you only want 2?

If you want 4 or less it's good. if you want more than 4 it's not so good.
