Getting BAD stuttering in games after a few minutes of play.

I've ruled out the HDD and RAM as I switched a game to a different HDD and switched RAM sticks. I've recently dusted out my GTX 680 and the temps really don't seem that high when I exit right after the game crashes(about 60 degrees). My CPU temps are even in the 40's. My 3770k is overclocked to 4.6GHz but my 680 is not overclocked at all. Possibly PSU related? Something worth noting is that I've tried a couple of games where it was even taking longer to load because of the stuttering.

Just tried Saints Row 4.

It's starts stuttering at 77C on the GPU and the CPU is 36C.

I'd uninstall all drivers and then install the latest drivers for your GPU, CPU, etc... and get ALL Windows updates. Those things actually dramatically improve Windows performance.

Have you tried turning up the fans so it doesn't get that hot?

Well, just turned up the fans so I'll see what's going on. Even if, would GPU issues slower loading? That's why I thought it was RAM related until I switched sticks.

Well your CPU isn't really a problem, 40c is just fine...the GPU, however, is not good.

Turning the fans up seemed to work. I played Saints Row 4 for a good 10 minutes without stuttering. The automatic fans don't seem to be adjusting correctly.
