This "FULL HD" crap isnt ever going to stop is it?

I remember when 1920x1200 was common but now its hard to get those. All because of this marketing gimmick crap companies now can sell lesser resolution monitors for the same price or more then they did with there 1200p ones... Even on Hi End "Gaming" laptops you can't even choose 1200p on them. Its like WTF. I know its only 120 pixel difference but still its 120 pixels you don't have anymore.

We had "Full HD" back in like 95 or what not. CRT monitors could get pretty damn high up there. So its not like this is a new thing. Its just marketing BS.

You're not playing in Full HD unless you're playing with HD glasses.

Solution: Buy a 1440p monitor, and enjoy it.

You have to feed every one of them.

Man, I've said this so many times over the past decade.

"It's HD!"

"You mean almost as high res as the CRT monitor I used back in the 90s?"

I did give them all names but after I ran out of Greek, Roman, and Norse gods, I just got lazy and started naming them the way scientists name new stars.

I once thought NGC 9742 was a dead pixel, but it was actually a dead pixel on the video I was I was watching. I was pretty worried about the little guy.

Actually, I don't need to feed them. One of the reasons I come to this forum is because they sustain themselves on AMD processor hate, and I find it in every other thread. They devour it whole. ;-)
