My 64gb flash drive is reading 32gb only after formatting

I had to make boot usb. I believe the format was changed to fat32. How do I restore this back to full 64gb?

(I do not need the boot usb anymore. I just want it for regular use now.)

Does reformatting with NTFS do anything for you?

Why is it that he can hit a 3rd baseman on a frozen rope from 300 feet away, but he can't hit a 12 foot tall catcher from 60 feet 6 inches away?

Plug it in and open up Disk Management. Depending on your Windows version, look up where to find that.

Does it show "unallocated space" or something like that for the drive? You should be able to fix it from there.
