This is really frustrating. I've tried several different usb cords, and different usb ports. I've reset the PC and the iPhone.

All of the components work separately, but I can't get it to work together. Any ideas?

Did you install iTunes?

You don't need to. You can plug an Iphone into any computer, anything with a USB port really, and it will begin to start charging.

Oh, so you just want to charge it, I see. Does it charge on the wall charger at least?

Does it charge on your computer and NOT recognize the device, or does it not even charge?

It won't charge on the computer. But it will charge on anything else with the same USB cord. I tried changing the cord out just to be sure.

It doesn't recognize it if I remember correctly, but it definitely doesn't charge at all.

You said you tried different USB ports, but did you specifically try the rear USB ports? Front USB ports sometimes don't get fed enough power to charge USB devices, so if you only tried the front ports, that can be a problem.

Drivers for what? I've never had to install drivers to plug a phone in to charge it.

I've tried every single USB port on the case. I don't know if it might because they're 3.0/2.0?

And no, the phone does absolutely nothing at all. But when I plug it into something else right next to me, it works right away.

And the USB ports on my PC obviously work because I use them for everything else.
