NOT ENOUGH SHOOTING! MIRITE?

It's all about momentum and spotting your path before you get there. If you screw up, its slow and monotonous. If you get things just right, its graceful and satisfying. Its not a hard game to complete, but it is a difficult game to master.

The time trials are the heart of the game imo.

I've been unable to complete the game for the same reason, but be careful- people love to hate people that don't like Mirror's Edge.

Yes.
The game is about perfecting your runs until the entire level is one fluid animation and you can go without stopping.

Fair enough. The game you were hoping it to be is one I'd like to play too :)

I have the problem of not finishing a lot of the games I play, but Mirror's Edge wasn't one of them. The game for the most part felt fresh enough to keep me interested without feeling like it got repetitive. Took me 8-ish hours to beat (although at least 90 minutes of that was just from the final "boss" encounter. **** was rage-inducing).

Shame Mirror's Edge 2 isn't going to be *that* game.
