Ermagerd.

So, back in '94 this Asian family that worked with my mom moved back to China, they gave us their Dell. It was so old, the thing had the Mouse connected WITHIN the case. HARDWIRED! So old, but I played Starcraft with it, ah, my first gaming experience on the PC. Half-Life followed soon after, and the memories began.

Of course, I also had my PS1 and N64, but that's another story, for another day~

You guys remember what it was like downloading MP3s, Pr0n, videos, and games back then? I would troll the newsgroup binaries and FTP servers for music, games and other things.... wait days to download them, all while tying up the phone lines. I remember when napster first came out, It was so incredible. Before MP3s, I had a collection of mod and midi music that I downloaded.

Kids these days have it too good.

It was my Dad's but... The IBM PCjr

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_PCjr

My dad upgraded the memory to 128k. It ran on Dos 2.1 and MS Basic. We had a bunch of Sierra games, a Golf game, and I think a Wheel of Fortune game.

An old Compaq one piece thing. 75Mhz, 8Mb ram. It would lag when using Paint.
