It's the exact same as consoles. Sort of poor optimization but runs well enough. I play it sometimes.

I just finished it the other day. I've never played a ghost recon game until this one and I honestly really liked it.

Performance wise: It ran maxed on my 670 at 1080p and a pretty constant 60fps but it had the occasional hickup now and again, and imo the DX11 features aren't really noticeable in this game so if you play with those off im sure it would be a decent fps boost.

Gameplay wise: The controls are fine, and everything pretty you try to do works smoothly. The campain was a decent length and the AI was good, especially your teammates. I played 1 mission on my 360 controller just to try it out and I thought it was fine but M&KB was way easier for aiming.

Fun Factor: I enjoyed the stealth as well as the action so if you like TPS games or Metal Gear Solid you will find a lot to appreciate out of this game. The on-rails sections were brief, interesting, and spread out enough to not get stale.

I don't know if they'd patched anything since I last tried playing it some six months ago, but my 670 FTW couldn't get past 40-50fps maxed, and every source I turned to said it was due to poor optimization.
