Medium-low settings, and if you can, not well

It will run Skyrim on low/medium.

You might be able to overclock, but it is not recommended. Laptops are hot as it is.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011)
low: 27.5 43.8 48.2 49.6 51 52.6 54.7 ~ 47 fps
med.: 24.2 32.9 34.7 35 35.6 36.5 36.7 ~ 34 fps
high: 19.5 21.8 22.6 23.4 24.4 25 27.8 ~ 24 fps

Doesn't say which CPU is what, but it should be on the higher end due to your processor. Still in the low/medium settings. Even with a good CPU I wouldn't play on high.

7670m isn't really that bad. I assume he didn't pay a ton of money for the laptop. Really isn't a gaming machine, but can game well enough on low/medium.
