It's either Digger, Splinter, or Dig Dug.

Lemonade Stand or some such way back in second grade is the first I remember. I remember the teacher praising me for saying "disk drive" and not "disk driver..."

Wolfenstein...played at work during quiet night shifts...on a networked Mac computer! Happy days (or is that nights!) Indeed.

It was a 2D sidescroller. You went upp instead of the traditional to the right.
You could play 2 people at the same time and your character was a military soldier.
Game felt kinda like contra....was back in 1993/4.

Depends, if you're talking about MS based OS (MS-DOS) then it would be some star trek battleship type game I remember my uncle having in the early 80's. He was a programmer for the power company. He had a beard and everything. Weird thing was in 2000 or so he was asking me "What's this internet thing all about?"

If your talking in a broader Personal Computer sense. Then it would be something I typed in from a magazine on my VIC 20 again back in the early 80's.

The wow moment when I knew this was the future was Elite on my BBC model B.
19. And so did Elvis have his road crew set up a mighty speaker system outside the walls. And thusly did he pump up the volume.
